Two Girly Girls

On Monday I met two girly girls.   I have two boys and I always enjoy the opportunity to meet and play with girls.  It is like peeking around the other side of the curtain for me.  These girls were so darling and so CUTE!  These girls arrived in pink dresses and white tights, and the sweetest little Maryjane’s I have ever seen.  In some ways it is like walking into another world for me.  But what was so familiar was the bond these two share.  They are best friends and great playmates.  The little one ADORES her big sister, follows her every move.  Little sis is clearly totally enamored with big sis, yet has a personality all her own.

Super Mom with a Secret

If you recognize anyone here SHHHH!  This is a surprise secret for Dad for the Holidays so don’t say anything.

I met a super mom yesterday.  Of course all my clients are  “super” but this mom really had it going on.  Mid way on our walk to the park as she was trying to corral two kids in a wagon with one hand and a 100lb Labrador in the other…I notice she is wearing heels! Heels!!  I love heels, but I am one of those women that wears heels when I know that all I have to do is walk from the the car into the restaurant and  immediately sit down for the majority of the evening.  Otherwise I am into the easy on easy off shoes that can make it through the slop.  Hey, I have two boys and some days require wading into knee deep slop.  So I was in awe as she kept every one in order while still looking fabulous.

Here she is with her gang…

So here are her beautiful children…so full of personality and energy.

Pumpkin Patch

Nothing like a good old fashioned trip to the pumpkin patch.  Pumpkins, hay rides and potato sack slides and tons-o-fun.

kneeknee - Emily,
The slide show is truly incredible! I had no idea you were working on a masterpiece. I am crying as I type because I can so vividly remember the essence of pure happiness and relaxation we all shared. I even remember the not so happy moments (car in sand for example) and realize those moments make the whole experience more real and somehow even better. I only wish you included the trick toilet paper, it never fails to crack me up! You rock. Jagnigni
