So you want to know more about me? I could just rattle off where I went to school, my degrees, and who I worked for. However, that would be boring, unoriginal, and way to “Washington”.
So here are a few things I think you should know about me:
- I really like kids; I think they are cool and fun to hang out with and their views of the world never fails to fascinate me.
- I love photography. My husband calls me a photo geek these days because I am little obsessed with it…but it is said with lots of love
- I am a Mom to two boys who are the light and joy of my life and two of the most interesting people i have ever met.
- I take my camera with me everywhere and I get excited every time I look through the viewfinder.
- I make some killer fudge brownies.
- I try to run 3 times a week and I just started boot camp.
- I like my coffee to taste like Häagen-Dazs.
- My girlfriends are really important to me; they are like my family and they keep me grounded.
- I have learned some of my best parenting tricks from preschool teachers.
- I cant spell. I live and die by spell check, but sadly sometimes I still look ridiculous because I honestly cant see my own spelling mistakes.
- I get a little psycho when drivers are completely distracted, weaving in and out of lanes or blowing through stop signs, because they are yakking on their cell phones. Unless someone is dying…GET OFF THE PHONE!

And one of these days I am going to get one of my photo friends to do a series of portraits of me for this blog…but in the meantime this me and my kids having some photo booth fun.
